Wrapsit

About them: In 2007 Lisa, a soccer mom, recognized a large percentage of the soccer match attendees brought small dogs. Owning a small Shih Tzu, Pele, with separation anxiety issues, Lisa wanted to bring him with her whenever possible – Pele, however, was not as excited about being subjected to other dogs and small children. This caused Lisa to consider portable crates, but she quickly realized they were just another item to haul around. The only item that almost everyone brought to outdoor venues was the portable folding quad chair, and thus… Wrapsit™, the only folding quad chair accessory slipcover crate was born.

I had never even heard of the Wrapsit before and I have to admit I was a bit skeptical on how well it would work when I looked into it. I own three corgis and I am always camping, going to the beach and doing other activities where I take my dogs so have been looking for a better and more convenient method of containing my pups. The Wrapsit came in a small pack and didn’t look like much at first. I opened it up and was impressed by the quality of the material. It is nice and thick. Now putting it on was easy as well. I didn’t even need the instructions although they are super easy to follow for those who do. You just slip the legs of your folding chair into the base and pull it up. The back has straps that clip on and the tops secure with velcro. The back part has two mesh pockets that are good for storing your dog treats, food, water or whatever else you need to store. The front right side opens with a zipper so you can get your dog in and out. The mesh is thick but extremely breathable and goes completely around the chair, giving your pup 5 cubic feet of space to move around. It also comes with a leash and the same corner has a clip to attach it to so you can leave it open for your pup to explore a bit. To say I am impressed with this Wrapsit is a serious understatement. It is a great product for people who like to camp, fish, hike, go on picnics and to the beach, pet shows, festivals, parades, concerts, bbqs and so much more! It is lightweight and easy to use and doesn’t take up any more room than it does when you are already packing your chair around! I also love that the base and floor are both waterproof. This keeps your pet dry with damp grass and makes cleaning up after your pup easy! It also has a loop on each corner so you can stake it in place. This is a great feature for if you want to walk away and not have your pup follow you. This Wrapsit is better than I could have ever imagined and I truly think it is a must for people with small dogs!

Disclosure: I received this product for free, in exchange for my honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products and services I used personally, and believe will be a good fit for consumers.
