Beginning with the original wine ice frozen wine mix, she has nurtured Old World Gourmet to where it is today. There are now over 100 products in an array of flavors spanning frozen wine, liquor, cake and cracker mixes. Old World Gourmet products have received numerous awards and have been reviewed (to nearly universal praise) by food and drink bloggers across the internet. All of OWG’s products are hand assembled in the USA and the company is women owned and operated.
So I am a huge fan of anything you can turn to slush like, with a hint of small ice chunks mixed in. This right here is a box that you mix in with wine and make a yummy slush like wine mix. Its super easy to do, and requires a little amount of what you need. I would suggest white wine or chardonnay with this mix.. The box shows you how much you need of everything before you are on your way to your drink. I would like to call mine a mimosa drink haha, one of my favorite drinks, but this one being lemonade and wine. You can use any kind of wine with it, keeping in mind white would be better. The flavor is amazing and pulls that yucky wine taste/smell right out the mix. I really enjoyed mine and it was gone pretty fast, it was just that yummy. The company has a wide variety to choose from, and even some other really cool one’s I never even though of. The formula of the mixer is great and isn’t to over barring in taste or smell, and mixes right up with the ice. You can even experiment and mix wine or fruit in with it to! We were having a blast trying to come up with some mix flavors. Kiwi and lemonade was pretty awesome I must say, we only added in a bit of other flavor so it was like a hint of flavor. Well, as you can see on their site there is many options and to get creative!
