My kids received a DVD copy of WordWorld: Halloween Fun for Halloween to review. It has a feature running time of 60 minutes and has 5 fun episodes total. The episodes include A Kooky Spooky Halloween, Sheep’s Halloween Costume, Dog’s Camping Adventure, One Hat Fits All and Nightlight. In this fun Halloween DVD the WordFriends go on a crazy adventure the night before Halloween. Pig walks in his sleep and everyone thinks he is a ghost. Sheep gets to dress up in her special costume and after she loses her magicians hat it travels around the world, visiting her friends. Every time the magicians hat crashes it breaks letters off and the WordFriends must work together to collect the letters and put them back together to form the words that the hat broke apart. My kids just loved this and could not take their eyes off it. The songs are fun and catchy and I just love that it teaches letters, word sounds, making words and so much more! I absolutely love educational shows and this one is great for building confidence in your early readers! This is a great educational Halloween DVD for kids and I highly recommend it.
