My husband is a HUGE scrabble nut, loves to play it when he gets free time, so we end up playing, one of the 30 sets he has laying around. I made it pretty much a thing to find all and every scrabble set out there to buy. Because we play it so often we get bored of the same 5 over and over. So far he has favored this one of the bunch in the top 3 favorite. The board is pretty much way bigger, with more tiles, making you gain more points VS the regular one. He usually wins, I rarely do, I am not good with big words like he is, but I can always get my small words on high point areas. We played it already a few times, and wow the game board is huge.
LIFE is the 1960’s version of the game, so pretty much the first one out of its time. We have a few LIFE board games, but mostly the ones translated into the Simpsons, spongebob and so on. So its nice to have one that is original. Its pretty much not what I expected, it is pretty cool actually. The top of the board game box has the rules on it, in detail every single part of the game, and worded so easy. The money is pretty neat looking, the pegs and the cars are pretty much the same. You have red cards for your pick up, for adding up at the end. Love the revenge spot. Otherwise its pretty much the same looking as the others. Just different cards, insurance cards, money and so on. The board comes to you already pre made which I LOVE. I am always the one picking it all up at the end.
Ouja boards are fun when you’re a kid, and having a sleepover and play it late at night. Haha yes that was me. Great times we were teens. Super fun to play with, just a bit odd. But great game for anyone tween, teen and above. Board is simple one piece and the pointer and thats it. No rules really just ask it questions.
