Whisbear

About them: Multi-award winning Whisbear® The Humming Bear is an innovative sleep aid created by two Mothers. Based on their own experience, they have designed a product aimed to help newborns with a smooth transition from a prenatal to postnatal life by recreating soothing sounds of the womb. Whisbear® is the first sleep aid  featuring the CRYsensor, an intelligent device that automatically activates calming white noise when your baby starts crying. It is also a sensory toy, a unique playtime companion that promotes both – fine motor and sensory development skills.

My son and I received a Whisbear to review and include in our holiday gift guide. This is a super cute plush bear and my son just adores it! It is made with super soft fabrics that he just loves. It is a wonderful sleep aid and also functions as a toy. It has a CRYsensor that automatically triggers the bear to make soothing sounds for your little one when they begin to cry. It recreates the sounds a baby hears when inside the womb which lulls them back to sleep. My son loves packing his Whisbear around. He chews on it, plays with it and sleeps with it. It has bright colors that he loves and helps with sensory development and both fine and gross motor skills. It is designed in a way that you can stick it right over the side of your babies crib too which is nice. The paws also have magnets to help affix it to things like strollers, car seats, cribs and more. It is also completely machine washable which is a huge bonus in my book! The ears and legs make a rustling noise when played with that my son goes crazy over. It has an automatic timer that shuts off after 40 minutes once your little one is asleep which is a great feature and you can control the volume which is also nice. It comes with a nice carrying bag which makes traveling with your Whisbear much more convenient. This would make a great gift to a new mom, an expecting mom or a little one this holiday season!

Disclosure: I received this product for free, in exchange for an honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products and services I used personally, and believe will be a good fit for consumers.
