Vitamints is a easier and fun way of taking your vitamins. These come in a bag inside the tin, just open the bag, pour them into the tin and close the lid, which has a seal on it, to help keep them fresh. You get the whole tin size full of mints and some you take one, four, ten, depending on the vitamints. I got the multi for woman, immune, energy, focus, and calm tins. I love how the tins are big and long but they can be easily thrown in the car, purse, diaper bag, for on the go. Plus they taste pretty good, gives you minty breath to. The mints are pretty small, and you can easily chew them up or suck on them for a bit, however with the multi one I would suggest chewing it, or drink something with it. This was a fun kit, I love the bag, it helps hold all the junk in my purse along with the mints and everything else.
