Very fun kit to help you get hooked to this can of beauty. This is recommended for being served cold, and being shaken up. I tried it both ways, and I really didn’t notice a difference at all. Though if you don’t shake it up before you drink it, you will tell that it tastes different. I could really taste the aloe vera gel and the fruit extract. Coming from someone who has never tried this before, I was actually liking the taste of it, its got a good taste up front and the background taste isn’t that bad. It has loads of vitamins per can so you will be getting your daily dose. Of course with just 4 cans I could only tell a bit of a difference in my hair and skin by a little so it does work well, but something you need to keep at. These are great to drink on the way to work, in the morning or as a snack. The can’s are pretty small not even 9 fl ozs. Loads of antioxidants as well so that is a huge plus to! With only 45 calories and 5g of all-natural sweeteners.
