My kids and I had the pleasure of receiving a copy of Underdogs on DVD for review. It is an animated movie with a feature run time of 86 minutes. This movie is about Ace, a town bully, returning to the town to destroy it and build a new soccer stadium all because he lost a game of foosball to a shy foosball player named Jake way back in their childhood days. Laura, a girl Jake is in love with gets taken by Ace and Jake’s foosball table comes to life. The little figurines help him in an epic adventure to save the town and Laura from the destruction of Ace. This movie is filled with adventure and humor. It shows how friendship and teamwork go hand in hand and how if you work together you can accomplish a lot despite your size! My kids just LOVE this movie! In the short time we have had it my kids have watched it about 10 times. They ask to watch it daily. It is a super cute movie and perfect for any DVD collection.
