They sent me two packets of these craves chocolate and vanilla. They have about 2 uses out per pack if you only use half. I tried them by themselves and mixed into a drink as well. I liked it blended better mixed with strawberries more so than just by themselves. They don’t taste to bad, but sure is different. This is powder and takes a bit to mix in, and sure enough your food craving will be gone. I haven’t seen these in stores before, will have to look the next time I am out. Love how they have different sizes available so your not stuck with a huge bottle of these if you do not like.
