I was pretty excited to learn about the Annual Truck Driver Appreciation Campaign put on by Southern Recipe. I had never heard of it before so was excited to see that such a campaign existed to honor the 3.5 million men and women truck drivers in our country. They do so much for our country and often have to leave their homes and families as they travel nearly 400 billion miles each year. From now until September 17th, families, consumers and truck drivers can learn more about Truck Driver Appreciation Week. Each person who submits a photo of the truck they, their friends or family member drives, will have a chance to win $2500! This also helps the St. Christopher Truckers Development and Relief Fund earn a $2500 donation. I received several bags of Southern Recipe Pork Rinds and can say that they are delicious. I received a 2 oz bag of four different flavors. These included Pineapple Ancho Chile, Korean Kimchi BBQ, Spicy Dill and Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper.
