I recently started my weight loss journey again and having a good fitness tracker was just what I needed to keep me accountable and on track. The TomTom Touch Cardio Fitness Tracker was the perfect way to get off on a good start! It monitors your steps, time active, the calorie amount you burn, your heart rate and the length of time you sleep. It also tells you your body fat and muscle mass index. It monitors everything 24/7 while you are awake and while you are asleep. You start by downloading the app and they the app stores everything right on it so you can save, monitor and view it at anytime. You can also see everything with just one touch of a button on your wrist. You can set it up to receive notifications on your phone too which is my favorite feature. You can set goals and everything and it is a great way to keep accountable and to keep yourself motivated. To charge it you just use the usb charging cable that comes with it. It charges pretty fast and then you just pop it back into the bracelet and you are ready to go again! Mine came with a black bracelet but you can buy other bracelets separately if you tire of the same color. I also received a TomTom Sports Fitness Tracker Strap in red too. This TomTom Touch Fitness Tracker is awesome and if you are looking at a way to monitor and keep track of your fitness and health then this is the way to go! I definitely recommend it!
