The Touch is a simple small but very compacted device all in one. You don’t need the app but it does help track everything all at once. This has a awesome very easy touchscreen on it, also comes with 24/7 tracking, Body Composition, Built-in Heart Rate Monitor, and much more all inside this little tiny touch fitness tracker. The app is available for both phone devices. The screen in itself has everything available to you. I love using this one at the gym or during workouts.
The Spark 3 is a watch like fitness device, jammed packed with so much to offer all in the watch. Has music on the wrist (which comes with Bluetooth ear phones), Built-in Heart Rate Monitor, Route Exploration, Multisport Modes, GPS Tracking, and 24/7 Activity Tracking all inside. I wear this one everyday when I am home, or with the kids, or running errands. I have hit the 10,000 badge a few times which is awesome. This one comes with a thing to charge it, and takes a few hours, but will last for over a week, using the light mode does drain it a bit, but not by much, the light comes in handy at night time. Also water proof as well.
