I have been dying to see this movie since I first heard about it. When I received a blu-ray, dvd and digital copy of The House with a Clock in Its Walls to watch and review I was so excited I couldn’t contain myself. I couldn’t wait for the kids to go to bed so my roomies and I could watch it for the first time in quiet. The House with a Clock in Its Walls is PG rated and has a feature running time of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Lewis is a 10 year old boy who is sent to live with his uncle. He finds the house creepy and struggles to find his place among his new school and new home until he discovers the house, his uncle and his uncles friend are more than what they seem. He has been tossed into a world of mystery and magic, witches and warlocks and yearns to become a warlock himself! His uncle and his friend teach him and eventually all his new skills are put to the test when an old enemy of the witch and warlock world comes back. This is a very strange but great movie! It kept me on my toes and wondering what would happen next. My roomies and I loved it. I have now watched it several times with my kids too and they love it too! Not only is the movie good, but the bonus features are great too! They include an alternate opening and ending, a gag reel, movie magic, warlocks and witches and much more!
