Teletubbies: Big Hugs

About them: Originally created in 1997, Teletubbies is one of the most successful global children’s brands of all-time. Targeted at young preschool viewers, it has reached over 1 billion children to date. The original episodes have aired in over 120 territories in 45 different languages.

I have to be honest, I am not a huge fan of Teletubbies, but my kids love them so I endure them for them. We received a copy of Teletubbies: Big Hugs on DVD for review. This one was actually super cute and one of my favorites. I might have even enjoyed it more because my son, who is almost a year old loved it and danced through the entire six episodes. It has a feature running time of 75 minutes and the six episodes include Making Friends, Watering Can, Up and Down, Favorite Things, Babies and Hiding. Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po make lots of new friends, have fun and give Big Hugs in these episodes. My kids love the theme song and all the stories. My 4 year old really enjoyed the special features too. These included “Big Hugs” Song, Meet the Characters: Po, and Meet Daniel Rigby. My son loved the entire DVD and my girls did too but they each had their favorite episodes. My oldest loved Up and Down and my middle daughter really loved Babies and Making Friends. They have watched this DVD several times already and I have actually enjoyed it as well. Teletubbies: Big Hugs came out on January 18th so you can get your kids a copy today! It is colorful and kids just love them!

Disclosure: I received this product for free, in exchange for my honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products and services I used personally, and believe will be a good fit for consumers.
