From a mom who was on the roller coaster with a preemie baby born a month early and spent time in 3 hospitals for 1 month. I can totally relate to this book. This book is so huge so many pages of guides on great food combinations. Of course this is great for toddlers and younger kids. This book is so jammed packed with recipes and idea’s you will be kept busy for the whole year. I love this paper back and if you like to learn how to cook and make home baby food and food for toddlers.
