I had the pleasure of receiving a Summer Infant Babble Band, a wearable digital audio monitor, for review. It was super easy to set up and even easier to use! You need to charge it for 4 or 5 hours before your first initial use. After it is charged you place the baby unit in the bedroom where you will be monitoring the baby and plug it in. Then you just turn on the power button for the baby unit and your wrist band until it comes on. Adjust the speakers and volume to your desired setting and you are ready to go! This Babble Band gives you up to an 800 foot range, but I have went over 900 feet with no issues and it is extremely comfortable to wear. The band fits like a watch, with different holes to make adjusting it easy. The battery itself lasts up to 8 hours and then once it is time to charge you just place it on top of the Baby Unit and it fully charges in about 5 hours. This Band is very nice and has 3 different modes for monitoring your little one. The first is and audio mode that allows you to hear your baby. You can also put it on vibration mode so you can feel when there is any sound coming from your baby. It can also be put it on a sound and light mode which provides a visual light display when any noise is made. They are all great modes and all work great. My personal favorite mode is the audio mode because I enjoy being able to hear everything going on behind closed doors at all times. If you press the center button on your Babble Band you can listen to what is going on in baby’s room. This band is the first I have ever seen like it and it is a great monitor for moms, dads, grandparents, etc. I love how you don’t have to think about packing a monitor around. It is with you at all times! The Babble Band is a very convenient and easy to use monitor!
