This company Sullivan Harbor Farm Smokehouse is one of a kind. Good fish to offer, very fresh, come fresh not frozen. Has quite a collection wit it. Everything in it is very good. I love the spread it was so good with chips, and not to fishy which is the best. My neighbor enjoyed the smokes salmon I am sure he BBQ’d it. Which he loves to do. We took the seasoned one to the left, and cooked it up in the grill. These all were so fresh and so tasty for sure. I still can’t get over how fresh this fish is. I know I have had my fair share of shipped fish and didn’t always turn out good in the end. I like how you can fridge it or freezer it depending on how quick you decide to cook it up. I got everything pictured above, but the basket and one less spread container. I like how well they sealed each pack so when you cut them open you are exposed with lovely smells.
