This water and sand toy my kids have loved very much. I like it, cause it comes with an umbrella and keeps kids from burning. This uses sand and water, however we just use water and they bring in dirt from the yard into it. Sand it pointless with toddlers when it will just mix with the water eventually and just be one huge mess and tantrums. I read a bunch all over the place that this thing leaks by the legs when water is in it. When I first put the screws in it did leak, but when I put them in even more, it finally stopped, you just really need to get those screws in the legs without stripping them. It put off a sound before it would for me, so kinda your clue in. Then finally the water was staying and everyone was happy again. This sand and water center comes with 2 ramps in the water area, and some planters for the water or sand. Great product so far and love it. When the colder season comes in just put umbrella, toys and then put the top on and it keeps everything dry. I left it out with top on in pouring rain and hail and went to look inside and no water leaked in anywhere. So easy to store outside or in the garage. You can even use this inside as a car ramp or for the sand area put Lego’s or crafty stuff. This was super easy to put together in matters of 20 minutes if using an electric screwdriver. When I did a few by hand when the screwdriver died it did require more time and very, and I mean very strong hands to break through the plastic to the other side. Great toy, kids spend hours playing with it, and I am able to do yard work in peace.
