About them: Spin Master was founded in 1994 by two childhood friends, Ronnen Harary and Anton Rabie, soon after graduation from The University of Western Ontario. Ben Varadi, a classmate of Anton’s from The University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of business, joined the Company subsequently in 1994. When Spin Master began to chart it’s course in the children’s entertainment industry, the founders recognized that in order to compete successfully with the established brands of larger companies, they had to design and market innovative products that would “wow” consumers and disrupt the traditional toy market.
My family has always been huge Spin Master fans so this Holiday Season we knew where to go for our toys! We received a couple toys to review and include in our Holiday Gift Guide this year and they did not disappoint! The first of these toys was the Monster Jam Megalodon Storm RC! This RC toy is awesome! It is for ages four and up and works on all terrains from dirt, grass, snow, grass and even water! My daughter loves Monster Jam and sharks so this was a perfect gift for her. It takes AAA batteries that are not included and once you get them in you use the RC controller and away you go! It is fast and zippy. The remote is easy to control and I was extremely impressed with how well this RC toy does in literally all terrains. It climbs our dirt mound, zooms thru our grasss, over our rocks and even right over the muddy puddles! We have not tried it in snow because we live in Florida but I have no doubt it would do great in snow too! Awesome toy for sure!
The next toy is super neat too! It is a Bakugan Armored Alliance Dragonoid Infinity toy for kids 3 and up. It not only looks awesome but has some pretty cool features. You can put your little Bakugan Dragonoid into the bigger piece and launch it which is my sons favorite part. It has an exclusive Bakugan and cards and extra pieces for more fun! The legs, arms, head and wings all move too! My son just loves this toy and has played with it for hours. I love how cool it looks. These are both super fun and engaging toys that will be sure to keep your little ones happy and busy this Holiday Season! If you are looking for some awesome gifts then these are the ones for you!
