The sole is rubber and is slip resistant. It has plenty of traction so you don’t slip and slide while walking. They help provide good posture as well. I can not even begin to explain how gorgeous these shoes are! The coloring reminds me of that of a peacock feather with shimmery greens, blues, purple and silver. They shine and have the most beautiful design with flowers and leaves. These shoes are just stunning and work well with both casual and formal attire. They are comfy and stylish and I just love them.
