Shoelala sells pretty neat inserts for your shoes when not in use. They fit fine in flats, heels, and any other kind of shoes with the feet exposed. These are very soft, kinda like bean bags. You just slip them into the shoes. They won’t stretch your heels or flats out at all. They are very easy to slid in and out. To clean just to a lightly damp cloth and wipe it up.
