I got these beauty’s for valentines day in thanks to tomoson site. I must say that I am far more happier this times around as I got to enjoy them and they didn’t smell like cigarette smokes, because the last florist they used smoked ciggs. These one’s were dropped off by a sweet old lady, and came like shown above and had everything I need to keep them one week longer! Funny story my husband didn’t know I was getting them and I left them on the stairs, he came home looked in the card to expect to see something he shouldn’t lol, funny prank played out for sure, when I asked him in the morning hes all I was just looking, men are funny. The flowers, roses, stems, leaves, and so on are all very healthy and were so clean and beautiful no flaw in site. It even had some red roses in it! Great company to get flowers from by far! I have ordered flowers for my wife 7 days on advance, paid $91.00 for it and flowers were not delivered, I wanted to surprise my wife and the surprised was myself when after waiting all day flowers never came and I looked like stupid in front of my wife, it was all I had for her as a Valentine’s present, I am still trying to get my money back, and they say that need a confirmation of (order not delivered) from florist but florist still does not contact the main office to give confirmation of not delivered, so I am trying to get my money back through PayPal since my payment was with my PayPal account, but still will take about 10 days for PayPal to get a resolution, on few words IT’S A PAIN.
Don’t order flowers from this site if you want your order to match the picture that you used to make your choice. The florist doesn’t have a clue what the order is suppose to look like. They not only don’t have a picture to go from; they barely get a description to work from. Who knows what your recipient is getting! These people are merely marketers out to make a buck!!
I ordered flowers to be delivered 5/29/2013 on 5/29/2013 @ 7:33 AM CST and as of 6:45 PM they were not delivered (time range provided was 8am – 6pm).
As part of the transaction, the correct address was given, as well as the cell phone # of myself and the recipient (and can be confirmed in the receipt email from SendFlowers.com) .
Nobody delivered anything, contacted the address,, or either of the numbers. The seller doesn’t have any information and after several emails is not refunding my money paid to them.
My experience with Send Flowers was a dishonest one. I attempted to order flowers that were going to the same person and address. Before processing the order, the sales representative told me that they would refund one of the delivery fees. After processing the order, he then told me that he was sorry but they could not remove one of the delivery fees. I asked to speak to a supervisor, what ever happened to customer service…rude? I guess anyone can earn a title now! The supervisor could have stood on the company’s word; however, she obviously needs more training. My mom just ordered flowers from Send Flowers last week and recommended the merchant. I have informed many of my family and friends of this dishonest experience… now this site. Good experiences travel; however, bad ones travel also. Beware consumers!
