Pepper jack and cheddar. These are pretty expensive side, but totally worth it, they taste so good and have no added nastiness to them. We used these on Mothers Day when my husband made me breakfast and dinner for me. These are great in foods, on top of meat and sandwich’s. Next time your in the cheese isle at your health food grocery store be sure to try them out.
