Rootology I picked the breath free one because I suffer from allergies all year around and it sucks. Everything hits me hard from the ground up. Those allergy shots do wonders though. I got this bottle of pills and use them everyday and started to notice a difference after not to long after taking them and has done wonders with sleeping, my nose has been more open and my throat isn’t sore which is awesome in the morning. Of course like taking any health related pills or natural remedies it’s all based person to person and nothing is a cure but it sure does help. The pills are great filled with powder of all the ingredients which explains on the back of the bottle and you take what is says daily. The pills are small like and slide down great. These pills have made a difference for me and I love it. Not so much in the eyes, but huge difference in nasal. Doesn’t make my body feel weird or anything so that is great too!
