I got mine while back. Took some getting used to, by doing by yourself. It helps alot if you have someone there to help you, unless your extremely talented. Easy on, and Easy off. Didn’t rip any of my hair out at all. I have really thick hair if I dont flatten it at all. So I’m limited based to anything fun with my hair, but this product did a awesome job.
