We have battled bikes that feel like they weigh 100 pounds, to shoddy training wheels and tricycles that tip at every turn. But these options seem to slow down the learning process by frustrating our lil tyke, not to mention incurring a few minor injuries along the way. On our quest to make the learning process fun, safe, and pain-free (for both kids and parents), we found our balance bike! With its low center of gravity and light-weight frame, our lil tyke was learning to ride. He gained balance, confidence, and actually had FUN!. The time it took him to learn to balance on his own was unbelievably fast. In the age where outside activities are being lost to DVDs and video games, cycling is a skill that will last your child a lifetime, providing adventure and fun along the way! We got this bike right before my sons 2nd birthday! It was damaged in many spots I think from the delivery to us. My husband was able to fix them and put it together within half a hour.. Our neighbor pumped the tires and fixed the brakes which took him a while. The box is super tiny and very light weight. Winston loves it he hasn’t been able to get the idea yet but he’s figuring it out. This is really fun tool to teach kids about balance and riding bikes, and its light so its easy for my 2 year old to drag/push it around! Company ships fast, once its out, and awesome CS.
