This book is really nice and so peaceful. It has loads of great points and help you guide through the human being. Helps you answer your questions and just a really good book! helps you restore that memory and energy, moves the stress away and open up that soul! Its a really good book. With 2 kids my reading days are over and only limited to night times or days out by myself. This book I turn to when I’m stressed and need a moment of just some peace. You will enjoy this book alot as well. I haven’t even finished it yet.
