This Shampoo and Conditioner is a frizz free product. I myself suffer with this with my thick, curly, long hair. Its alot to work to manage without things to help you manage it. This set helps alot. Helped me keep the frizz down while brushing my hair out. I flat iron my hair most the time nowadays cause my hair is just to much to manage with 2 toddlers and getting enough me time. They smell great but arnt very over barring. These 2 bottles only lasted me like 10 showers with the amount of hair I have. They do work great though and helped my hair alot with the frizz while flat ironing. A anti Frizz brush does help too. They are worth a shot and if you suffer with over curly thick hair this is just right for you!
