I got this set, and wow I never thought that a wrist band would make my nausea go away. Well, know one knows until you try right! As soon as I felt like I was going to puke I put the Sea-Band on and wow within 5 minutes it went away, no joke it did. I wish I had one of these bands when I was preggo with my second. Im not a huge fan of ginger related anything just to strong for me. I tried one it was good, but just to strong for me. I have a friend who gets car sick alot and nausea alot, and gave her one of each of the items and it did her very well to! The bands are tight at first and have to get in the hang of where to put it, but you will know the spot as soon as you fill better! I love this company they are like one of the many companies that actually work and with well spent money! Try them out for yourself you to will be just as surprised as I was when i felt better.
