These nifty little patches are awesome. They work real well. They also smell good to me! I requested a sample while back, when my foot was sore and bruising. It took that pain away for hours it sure was helpful with 2 little kids playing around. I love how you get 3 patches per pack, they last for a long time and start to peel off when they are done. You can put them anywhere where the pain is coming from. I have constant shoulder pain from a injury back in 07 and I put one on when I cant bare the pain. Then I totally forget about it hours later!
