Avinyo Vi d’Agulla Blanco: This frizzante style sparkler from a boutique Cava producer is the perfect summertime bubbly. Honeyed and floral, with vibrant notes of ripe white peach, apricot, honeysuckle, and elderflower. Super fun, flirty, and affordable!

Avinyo Vi d’Agulla Blanco

This wine was very interesting. I am not much of a sparkling wine drinker, but it is nice here and there. It is not like most sparkling which is nice change for once. Its only a year old so it hasn’t sit for very long. I love wine and I drink it when I can. Lets just say I prefer wine over beer and hard liquor. I love trying new wines and seeing what they taste like. I love them warm and not cold, and only from the bottle. I like the ones that have caps over corks. My husband and I love wine tasting too. This one has some of my husband blood in him. Spain that runs in his family so he enjoyed seeing that. As you can see in the picture its already almost gone. We split it between 3 people in the house. It was nice to come home to it from a long drive to Tacoma and back of a total of 7 hr drive time period. I sure tasted that honeysuckle for sure which is about all I could taste. I honestly can say that this bottle of wine was very good and yummy. The wine percent was low, but they always are for sparkling cause its a different type of feeling over regular wine. Sparkling is wonderful for holidays and girls nights! Whoever is brave enough to take the cork off right!!!
