[Review] Perimenopause, Menopause & Women’s Health Book, By E

What is Shmirshky? Shmirshky is the quintessential first read on menopause. It’s short enough for your kids and your husband to read as well. Shmirshky is the ideal menopause primer. It’s something every doctor can feel comfortable recommending to his or her patients. Shmirshky is an easy read. It’s fun, informative and full of love. Shmirshky is a girlfriend’s guide to menopause. Shmirshky is like the menopause cliff’s notes. Shmirshky is not your mother’s menopause book. Shmirshky is a small book with a big story. Reading Shmirshky is like getting a big, comforting hug from a dear friend, who happens to know a lot about menopause! Shmirshky is written in E’s unique voice – it’s funny and extremely honest. E is caring and bold. She’s like a cross between Mother Theresa and Chelsea Handler. Women had their girlfriends sign the self-published version of Shmirshky like a yearbook. This demonstrates that Shmirshky is more than just a book, it’s a movement. Shmirshky is for anyone who has a vagina or knows someone who does. Shmirshky speaks volumes so you don’t have to read volumes. Shmirshky is to menopause what What To Expect When You’re Expecting is to pregnancy. Shmirshky is a beach-read about menopause. Find them on Twitter and Facebook!

Got a vagina? Know someone who does? If yes, then Shmirshky: the pursuit of hormone happiness is for you! Shmirshky is the first book on menopause of its kind — it’s easy, funny, and full of love! Rest assured, this is not your mother’s menopause resource book. The truth is, your mother probably never had a book on menopause, and if she did, she probably thought it was really boring. Reading shmirshky is like having a cocktail with a hilarious friend, who just so happens to know a lot about menopause. Let’s face it, menopause doesn’t have the best reputation in the world. It’s rarely talked about, and when it is, it’s usually quickly dismissed and often dreaded. Shmirshky, a menopause resource, redefines this time in a woman’s life, turning a taboo topic into an all-inclusive page turner. Whether you’re a forty-five-year-old woman in perimenopause or an eighteen-year-old man who thinks his mom is in need of an exorcism, Shmirshky is the perfect introduction to a subject we all encounter in one way or another.
Shmirshky: the pursuit of hormone happiness comes with a Daily Symptoms Chart, which will help you communicate your symptoms to your doctor. Remember, reaching out is IN. Suffering in silence is OUT!

Perimenopause, Menopause & Women's Health Book

This book sure was interesting. We sure had a kick out of the names for these private parts. Good one for the mans one. I really don’t want to give it away. This book was very detailed and had everything you need to know. I sure will be pulling this book out in ten years or so when I get mine. Though this would of been helpful for me when my mom was going through it so I could understand why she was so crazy at times. She went through it at 35 pretty earlie I hear. Which means I might. Though I already feel like I am, cause I am fixed, so i basically already feel like menopause has happened to me. This book so far is pretty good. I like the girl party talk ones, experiences from different woman who experience is differently. Like on the 70’s Show when kitty went through it. Sure makes you moody. This book is good for woman who go through it or teens who have moms going through it, so they know why they are acting the way they are, and gives you a idea earlie on what to expect!
