[Review] Parisi Coffee

At Parisi Artisan Coffee, our work is never done. We are on a constant quest for the best tasting coffee available on earth. To achieve the perfect taste experience, we start with the best green Arabica coffees from regions all over the globe. Those green coffees that are good enough for our customers will be delicately slow roasted to absolute perfection, under the constant watch of our artisan roast master. Our secret roasting technique preserves the precious flavor tones of our coffees of origin, while caramelizing them into a euphoric taste experience. No two coffees are the same, so we roast them each in their own special way. There is nothing “automated” or “factory-like” about our roasting. This is a true craft. The fruits of our labor are wonderfully unique coffees of origin, full- bodied blended coffees, and the smoothest espressos you will ever taste. We also offer the most extensive line of chemical free decaffeinated coffees in our region, using the Royal Select water process. Whether you are enjoying a cup of Parisi® at your favorite restaurant, coffee shop or your kitchen table, you can be assured that we were looking out for your taste experience every step of the way.

Sunrise Sensation FTO: This coffee is stout and balanced with a blend of three Fair Trade Organic coffees. Together, this blend is evidence that the final cup is greater than the sum of its parts.

Parisi Coffee Sunrise Sensations

That coffee is really good if you like a caffeine packed lighter brew. It wasn’t acidic or bitter, even after being brewed in a drip pot. A lot of coffees tend to have an aftertaste of bitter from a conventional drip brew, but that one held up pretty well. I made the first pot as instructed and it honestly just wasn’t strong enough for me. So, the next pot I made enough for what translates into 18 cups and it was full of flavor! Meg said it “had some meat to it” even after she watered it down quite a bit. I prefer very strong coffee, and adding so many more beans can really bring out a bitter taste if there’s going to be one and low and behold! Still no bitter taste. Definitely pretty good all around. The only “complaint” I have is that it didn’t have the whole bean on the front, but that’s not a big deal to someone who wouldn’t live without a grinder.
