These Omega Water are very good. Room temperature or cold. They taste so good and are very good for you. No sugar, cals, or fats. So these are waters you can enjoy and they have Omega 3 in them. The flavors taste so good and we enjoyed them. We drank them all in4 days. There pretty tall thin bottles as well. My favorite was the Orange one, tasted like a cream sickle or cream soda! My husband even enjoyed them! They are just so good for you, they have vitamins and other things your body lacks and will help gain them back which is nice since pills are no fun to take.. These are really worth trying even good for little ones too. Great for outdoors or camping!
