Having spent his school, college and university years studying art in its various forms, Ned took his First Class degree in Graphic Design from Central St Martins to M&C Saatchi advertising agency, where he worked as an award-winning creative for five years. In early 2011, after hearing endless complaints from his copywriter Martin that nothing exciting ever came in the post, Ned thought up the idea of NOTANOTHERBILL, a surprise gift-giving service which would combine his life-long love of craft and design with his passion for sourcing unusual products that could rid one (or Martin?) of postal boredom forever. Leaving M&C earlier this year, Ned now devotes his time to revitalising the postboxes of Martin and a growing army of NOTANOTHERBILL subscribers with whom he shares his favourite artists, designers and brands, and hopes to share them with you too.
I got June’s product for review and I got a pink/white star scarf. I am not really scarf person mostly cause I never have found one that looks good on me. Most out there haven’t met my standards. Though this scarf actually looks pretty good on me. I was surprised on how well it looked. I love the material and how big it is. You can get quite alot of wraps and ties with it. This is one really cute scarf and for crafty people can use it as material as well. Its cotton and washes great and we all know cotton will shrink in time and this one didn’t for me on low temp. Its also not that hot on you, so you can wear it with warm clothes and not get the over hot feeling, has alot of breathing room inside the material. I just love the stars so much. I am also a pink fan too, this is just super darn cute. The company that sent it to me is super sweet and has great CS and they ship really fast considering where it comes from!
