These are pretty good, and work really well! You eat them before you eat your meal, and will help you from craving food when you shouldn’t. I am actually on a diet for my wedding in July. These will help me from craving those bad things I shouldn’t be eating. I really miss my old weight before my kids. The bag is pretty big and holds alot. They are pretty small, like a size of a quarter! They don’t do well in heated places so keep them somewhere nice and cool.
