Hello and Welcome to MyLipCandy! You have stumbled onto the fusion of my two loves…Candy and Lip Gloss! I’m Tamika Hall and I created MyLipCandy out of sheer desperation! There was a period of about two years where my lips became so chapped and swollen that it hurt to smile or talk. A few times I even went to the doctor because I knew there just had to be something seriously wrong, only to be told that my lips were just severely chapped.
I realized that I needed to use all natural products on my lips, but I didn’t want to give up my love for glossy lips. When I finally found a lipgloss that seemed to heal my lips, I was disappointed with the fact that it had a stinky smell 🙂 I know, I might be a little picky, but people can actually smell the products you wear on your lips – the last thing I wanted them to think was that my face smelled like stinky feet :-). So here we are two years later, I have found the perfect blend of natural products (Our lip balms contain Shea Butter & CoCo Butter), flavors, and scent that leaves your lips feeling silky smooth, smelling delicious, and actually has some healing effects. I love trying out new products and ones that are natural and organic! They are all long lasting and all smell good and taste like they should which is a nice thing. I am a lip balm freak addicting person. I never can have enough and want it all. I love the Chocolate one that one is my favorite of them all. I carry the round one with me wherever I go it hangs in my purse and the balm goes in the diaper bag. They are just wonderful products and smell so good. They aren’t over berrying which I like the most of all. Plus my husband doesn’t freak out to cause he hates smelly stuff. They all last for many hours and makes your lips very moisturized to!
