The owner/designer Eeva is also called Mummi by her grandchildren (Mummi means grandma in Finnish). Her grandchildren gave her an inspiration to re-start sewing in a larger scale. It all started innocently when she made a quilt for both of them. Then friends and relatives ordered one…there was a request for a diaper bag…Mummi Quilts was born. Mummi designs are unique and practical everyday baby items and luxurious baby gifts. Eeva is continuously designing new products. I got these extremely adorable bunny quilt, wow its so soft and comfy! It came with a plastic purple ring, which my boys took off it. This will make a precious baby shower gift! The embroidery is perfect as well, know off stitch or loose thread anywhere at all! The 2 pieces of material are well settled and stitched up nicely for long uses for when the baby goes. The ring helps for holding a toy or a pacifier for on the go, so many other uses. Or paste it to the wall in the babies room! There is so much love put into this tiny piece of material. My favorite part of it all is the ribbon pieces on the corner end and the lil bunny ears how precious is that! I am going to use this as a photography prop in my studio on newborns.
