[Review] Konsyl

Konsyl is the #1 doctor-recommended all natural psyllium fiber supplement. Konsyl Original and Konsyl Easy Mix psyllium fiber products are all natural, gluten-free and contain no sugar or sugar substitutes. They are safe for celiac patients, diabetics and pregnant and nursing mothers. Dr. Paul Senter, MD of Colon & Rectal Surgery in Fort Worth, Texas says: “Konsyl is the best source of natural bulk fiber on the market today. Konsyl is pure psyllium which allows the highest dietary fiber per dose. My patients prefer Konsyl over many other bulk-forming laxatives because post surgically, Konsyl provides them with the easiest elimination.” Psyllium seed husk has been recommended by doctors in the U.S. as a natural dietary supplement for regularity since the 1920s. Konsyl mixable fiber powder was trademarked in 1934. The name Konsyl comes from “concentrated psyllium,” describing the product with the most psyllium per dose.

The formula my husband used and loved it very much. He loves using powder stuff to help the digestive system. Didn’t taste bad and went down easy. Cause we all know there is really nasty ones out there, and this one is a pretty good one. It lasts for lil over a month. The caps I used and I need more fiber for my IBS and works great on helping it and getting more fiber in your life without eating those nasty food!
