I got these drinks to try as a review free of charge and they are pretty good. One didn’t do much but 2 did. I did have a stressful day that day. They made me so sleepy and I was so refreshed in the morning I didn’t even need my morning coffee which was nice. They arnt flavorful which I don’t mind cause some flavor stuff is just to much. Its fast going down its better in one gulp I like to say. These help me relax from pain in my shoulder. I have had MRI and took everything and most stuff is bad in the long term, and evenings are the worse because of the cold and I can’t get sleep I took these and within a hour I was out like a light bulb.
