These oils are very different then what I am used to. You can take them straight or mix them into something to drink. Dont use water its not that good. But with soda is wasn’t that bad at all. I like how they are very healthy style great to get you in the mood to clean or workout. I used mine up very fast. I love the green tea one it was really good. They are a pretty good size bottles too and the company ships really fast and I love there customer service to!
