I got the blue one and I could not wait to try it out. It was awesome. Hurt like heck but way worth it. Since most insurances don’t allow acupuncture. This is a great way to do a home remedy of it! I use it once when I had a headache helped a bit, but did not get rid of it. Then I used it again at night when kiddos are in bed. Wow that thing made me sweat like a pig, I felt all the toxins going out fast. I drank thing of water like said in instructions. I used it with shirt on and a shirt off. I like it way better with shirt off. The boys like it better with shirt on, wusses lol. I use it on the couch which is way more comfy then the floor. You can lay all sides and lay on it for 5 minutes more each time. I use it for my bad shoulder that’s badly damaged and helps take that pain away for a while!
