This is a really nice rack. Just set it up, plug it in, and bam you have some really warm towels for getting out of the shower. They are like a little less warm they dryer warm towels. It does a great job warming them up. The metal doesn’t that hot so it safe to touch. You can stand it or hang it depending your plug in. We had a issue with the whole plugging. Our only plug was by the sink in both bathrooms. Most bathrooms only have one set of plugs, and if you have other they are in know where near having it safely on ground or wall. We needed to do a whole extension cord idea. So what we do is plug it in the master room, and then walk out a few and grab your nice toasty warm towel. I love hot showers because of the whole walking out cold concept this makes me not need to take hot showers so I can enjoy them all the way! The whole product is very durable and very sturdy. Its a great product and a must have if you hate walking out of the shower cold. Mostly I use it and my special needs kiddo cause he gets very cold after coming out the bath. Super easy to set up no problem, I would suggest a longer cord for the plug in.. All in all great product and all their products rock..
