[Review & Giveaway] Mohawk Flooring

Mohawk is the world’s largest manufacturer of flooring including carpet, hardwood, laminate, ceramic tile and area rugs.  Indoor/ Outdoor Crosshatch Lime Green Rug. These rugs are made from synthetic fibers that resist staining, fading, mold and mildew. The unique marine backing allows the water to pass through the rug instead of absorbing it.

This is a great outdoor rug and adds a great feature to are newly done backyard. The rug fits perfect on our new deck, which is yet to be stained. I love this rug, it sure is soft for the material it is. Its really easy to move around its not as heavy as it should for a 5-x-8 rug. Its easy to move, pick up and put away. When we sit on it when the kids play in the backyard I will just sit or lay on it and do some reviews, its such a peaceful rug.

One of the main reasons we got this rug, is we live in WA state where it rains 9 months a year, and we hardly see sun but when we do its for 60 days straight as we just beat our record. So I took the hose and got it wet, which is the purpose of this rug. It handled the water perfectly and hardly absorb the water. you can pour water on it, and it would just sit on top of it, and you can just swipe all the water off in one sitting. It handled it well and dried up within a hour. It also has a sticky bottom so it wont move from under you when your washing it!

Now we all strive to find that perfect rug, shopping for rugs is just as hard to shop for new stuff for the house. Its not a easy thing, it took my husband and I a hour just to find the one we liked with the so MANY options they have to choose from. This rug is perfect and holds well to the floor, doesn’t slip, lightweight, easy to move around to that perfect spot. This is actually the very first rug we have gotten for the house since we remolded the whole upstairs and backyard from the ground up. Its gonna be so sweet looking at our house warming party. This company has awesome rugs and I will never buy else where they are just so easy to maintain and clean and that’s hard to say for alot of rugs out there.
