[Review & Giveaway] Kidorable

In 1997, Kidorable sprung from the minds, hearts and efficiency apartment of Liping and Jonathan Domsky. They proclaimed, “The world needs someone to create children’s apparel and accessories that are both functional and fun. We can do that.” And so Kidorable was conceived. Starting with lions and cats and bears, oh my, manifested as umbrellas and hangers, Kidorable generated enough sales during its first year to break even and plant fruitful Kidorable seeds throughout the land. The following year sales grew ten fold. Every year since, give or take, a new style and/or product line debuted. And every year, the world joyfully embraced more Kidorable delights, give or take, than the year before.

My Winston the Pirate

I always love working with Kidorable as they have the most cutest stuff in the world, and they are quite popular. This time around we got the Pirate Boots, Pirate rain jacket, and the Pirate umbrella. I must say that everything on this set is very detailed and has quite amount of cool stuff on it.

Winston being a big boy at almost 3 years old. He wears 5T shirts and 4T pants and he’s not even that age, so when it came to the boots it was very hard to decide which one would be good for him so I choose size 12 and he is normally a 10-11 depending on shoes, and these actually run wee bit bigger which is awesome cause of growing kids. The material is thick and durable for the rain and holds close to the pants/skin when used in rain. The material they use on the boots isn’t as strong as it is already peeling off the boots, but my son has been wearing them non stop since we got them as we live in a 9 months of a rainy state. It rains here so much we hardly get any summer’s.

Winston the Pirate

The rain jacket is super adorable, it has the pirate hat as the hood and it is kinda tight so it stays on even in 20MPH winds. It’s just super adorable and has been asked just about every mom in our town where we got it from cause they just love it.. The pockets are huge and can hold like 20 hot wheels or a wallet and phone they are pretty huge. The sleeves are long and have the buttons on them, the detail on the jacket is amazing, the material on the inside is just a wee bit different then the outside, so they don’t sweat like crazy in them, which I here with rubber rain jackets can do. I still can’t get over the hood it’s just to cute. The quality is perfect and still looks the same. It even came with a pirate hanger as well!

The Umbrella as my son says umbella so adorable is really cool, even my husband loved the sword part on the bottom of the handle that you hold. The top of it has the pirate flag and another one. The water on the bottom all the way around, has a map on it and a treasure chest! In all its just as freaking adorable as the rest of the set. The umbrella is more of the round tucked in kind then the round open kind. It holds the rain out well for him and even adults. Even in windy weather it doesn’t try to pop out and break which I love. Great material on the umbrella and very durable and super cute!
