These are shoe inserts and are smaller and don’t take up much space in your shoes like most inserts do. I love these ones alot. I have one leg shorter then the other and I need support for that foot so I dont get any back pain. Its hard to find those just right inserts that make you happy and your feet happy. These just slip right into your shoes on the side, and gives you support where your feet need it the most. They are so jelly and soft. Like anything always takes some time to get used to, but once you do, you will be amazed how your body feels and your feet after a long day, or riding a bike. They are also very easy to clean as well which is a plus and there isn’t any sticky stuff at all. They are a bit more expensive then most inserts, but you are paying for some really awesome inserts. I love how it supports my arches perfect on my feet. I am a mom of 2 boys so I spend alot of my time running around chasing them, and trying to keep up. I did a experiment one day where is was barefoot doing the mommy job, by the end of the day my feet were so sore and unhappy. Plus I have cracked feet lately at the ball of the foot. Then the day after that, I wore shoes with these all day in them, they were flat shoes, by the end of the day my feet weren’t sore, swollen and the cracked part had almost heeled up.
