I got these for free in exchange of a review. I am one who suffers with one leg shorter then the other, and makes me walk slightly off, more clumsy then anything really. These kinda help you get that boost you lack in your feet and body. They do require some higher up shoes, since they will take some length out. You don’t want your shoes falling off. They are very cushion like and soft and gives your feet some extra cushion love. I used to have a set from the orthodics company way back as a kid, and has helped my back out alot. I kinda grew out of them sadly and rely on store bought brands to help replace that gap. These have helped me so much, my back feels better, my walk is normal and you can’t even tell my leg is shorter by looking at it. These above also help the ankles, knees, and spine. Sadly my spine has arthritis in it, and these have helped alot with pain control. These are a must have is you ache with pain because of your feet. The quality of these are perfect, dirt wipes off easily, and slides in and out of shoes just fine. Fits any style of running shoes and high tops perfectly! They can also assist with heel pain, heel spurs, aching legs, knee pain and lower back pain.
