As a graduate student in molecular nutrition and novice runner, Maria has tried all the nutrition bars out there. These actually were very tasty I thought. They had so many flavors in their it was hard to start at just one. For them being fiber like and healthy they were very tasty. As we know that healthy bars can be gross and not good at all, well these were so good, they were scarfed down so fast that we didn’t even get to try them out. My favorite was the blueberry one. They all tasted as they should. You can even crush them and put them in cereal or as a trail mix! I was very shocked with them. Plus they are healthy as can be, and since my wedding is coming up, I got to spoil myself without gaining to much weight! Great CS and they ship very fast.
