This Exercising is very fast and upbeat. The version I have is low quality so make sure that you use a TV and not ur PC hehe. I have done it a few times sure helps you sweat and get in shape quick! Lost a few pounds off it! It makes for a great Cardio Workout! This is good to use when your trying to loose some quick pounds and its very easy to catch on quick!
