For my experience so far, I love it. It keeps that missing gap between the shirt and the pants . You can sleep in this topless undershirt and stays and wont budge at all. The material is made perfectly. It doesn’t slip down at all with the waist holder. I got brown in size Large and so far this topless undershirt is perfect. It gives you great room to do exercises in as well. I have 2 boys that are mobile and I move a lot and its kept its place. My oldest took a grab at it when I picked him up, and it didn’t budge or move out of place at all! Now I don’t have to listen to my husband say pull your pants up hunny.
